Política Turismo Sostenible T&A

CCS Travel & Adventure (T&A) es una agencia de viajes que se caracteriza por ofrecer paquetes turísticos que se ajustan a las necesidades y expectativas de sus clientes que buscan vivir experiencias únicas, recorridos que van más allá de conocer y disfrutar la belleza de los paisajes colombianos. Su personal competente, capacitado y comprometido con el mejoramiento continuo de todos sus procesos busca minimizar los impactos negativos consciente de la necesidad frente a la preservación y conservación del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales, y el respeto por las comunidades que habitan los destinos visitados por la agencia y sus clientes. Es por eso que enfocamos nuestros esfuerzos en incentivar un turismo sostenible, resaltando la riqueza cultural y natural de nuestro País, mostrando las costumbres y tradiciones de cada comunidad, haciendo énfasis en la importancia y el valor de la preservación del patrimonio cultural y su entorno. T&A, contribuye con la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial con el reconocimiento de beneficios económicos justos para todas las partes que intervienen en el servicio turístico según el destino visitado, para mejorar la calidad de vida en todas las regiones.

La responsabilidad de CCS TRAVEL & ADVENTURE, en este sentido se verá reflejada en los siguientes objetivos asumidos por la Gerencia de la Empresa para dar cumplimiento a los requisitos establecidos en la Norma Técnica Sectorial NTS–TS 003:

Satisfacer las necesidades y exceder las expectativas de nuestros clientes, teniendo en cuenta la calidad y seguridad en el servicio.
Crecer y expandir la Empresa hacia nuevos mercados a nivel regional y nacional, propendiendo por el beneficio económico tanto para la agencia como para la región y sus visitantes.
Velar por la protección y promoción de la salud de los trabajadores en sus sitios de trabajo, y de los clientes y comunidades en los destinos turísticos visitados.
Identificar y evaluar los impactos ambientales, socioculturales y económicos resultantes de la actividad turística, para minimizar los impactos negativos y optimizar los positivos en el entorno.
Capacitar permanentemente a sus trabajadores, clientes y proveedores para que adquieran una cultura del autocuidado, mejoramiento continuo y protección del medio ambiente, uso eficiente de los recursos naturales y el respeto por la diversidad cultural.
Desarrollar todas las actividades de la agencia y prestar nuestro servicio con el más alto nivel de responsabilidad mejorando continuamente todos los procesos.
Cumplir los requisitos legales establecidos en la normatividad vigente para las agencias de viaje.
Divulgar la Política de Sostenibilidad junto con sus objetivos de Calidad, Seguridad y Protección al Medio Ambiente, a las comunidades y la economía del sector, mediante la publicación en cartelera, volantes e Inducción a todas las partes interesadas.

Policy for sustainable tourism

CCS Travel & Adventure (T&A) is a travel agency especialized in offering custom made tour plans according to the needs and espectancies of our customers

wich look for unique experiences, tours that go further than knowing and enjoying the beauy of our landscapes. Our employees, competent, trained and commited with the continuous whole process improvement in order to minimize the negative impacts due to consciousness about the need of keeping and preserving the enviroment and the natural resources and the respect for the communities that live in the destinations we visit. That is why we focus on promoting a sustainable tourism, highlighting the cultural and natural richness of our country, showing the customs and traditions of every community, emphasizing in the importance and the value of preserving the cultural heritage and its surroundings. T&A contributes with the Enterprise Social Responsability by recognizing fair economical benefits for all the parts that get together in the turistic service for the place, to improve life quality in all the regions.

The responsability of CCS TRAVEL & ADVENTURE on this matter will be shown in the next objectives, assumed by the Management of the company to acomplish with the established requirements in the Sectorial Technical Rule, NTS–TS 003:

Satisfiy and exceed the expectatives of our customers, having in mind quality and safety in the service.
Grow and expand the company to new markets, both regional and national, in search for the economical benefit either for the agency as for the region and the visitors.
Care for the protection and promotion of health care for the employees at their working places, the customers and the communitities in the places we go.
Identify and evaluate the environmental, social, cultural and economical impacts caused by the turistic activity, to minimize the negative impacts and optimize the positive for the surroundings.
Permanent training for the employees, customers, and providers so they acquire a culture of selfcare, continuous improvement and environment protection, efficient use of the natural resources and respect for the cultural diversity.
Develop all the activities of the agency and provide our servicies with the higuest responsability level continuously improving all the processes.
Comply with all the legal requisites established in the actual rules for travel agencies.
Publish this Sustainability Politic along with our objectives in quality, safety and environment protection for the communities and area economy, by placing it in the company's billboard, flyers and information to all the involved parts.
